How to Brew

HOT BREW

Water Temp	90–95°C (a medium temperature brings out the milky aroma)
Water	200–300ml (per bag)
Time	First steep 1.5–2 min / add 30 sec for the second
Re-steeps	Whole-leaf tea bags re-steep 3–4 times

COLD BREW

Water Temp	Room-temperature or iced water
Water	500–600ml (per bag)
Time	Refrigerate 4–6 hours
Character	Milky aroma turns clear-sweet · liquor is more mellow

Tip: Jinxuan's milky aroma is richest brewed at a medium 90–95°C ── too hot (above 95°C) makes the milky aroma volatilize too fast, losing its sweet, mellow layers. Cold brewing best reveals Jinxuan's natural sweetness — the ideal way into milky-aroma teas.
