Huagang Black Tea Region

This tea region is located at an altitude of 2400 meters, producing new black tea limited to the spring and winter seasons each year. The growing conditions for this black tea are far superior to those of regular lowland black tea, especially the spring tea. The production process is very time-consuming, involving two days of fermentation, a whole day of rolling, and drying, totaling three days. The flavor and aroma of Huagang Black Tea are among the top choices in black tea.

Black Tea Brewing Method

Prepare boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius.
Use a tea vessel with a capacity of 150ml.
Add 5 grams of black tea leaves.
Each brew should last 60 seconds, with 4-6 infusions possible.
The tea must be kept boiling.
