Fushou Mountain Black Tea Region

The tea grows year-round at an altitude of 2500 meters in a forested area, where the soil is rich in organic matter and the mountains are covered in mist. Harvested only twice a year, the tea yields a vibrant amber tea soup with a lingering, rich sweetness. This is the finest high-mountain black tea in Taiwan, known as Fushou Mountain Ruby.

Brewing Method

Brew with boiling water at 100°C. Use 150ml of water with 5g of tea leaves, steeping for around 30 seconds per brew. The tea can be re-steeped at least 6 times. Keep the tea soup at a high temperature to release the full depth of aroma. Adjust brewing time and frequency based on personal preference. This recommended method ensures the richest and most flavorful experience.
