The local tea farmers hold their garden management to the highest standard, sparing no cost to use natural fertilizers such as organic fertilizer and soybean meal, with a full complement of irrigation and tea-making equipment. Combined with the soil vitality advantage of a new garden, the tea produced is of outstanding quality.

The Rarity of Two Harvests a Year
With an annual average temperature of around 17°C, short sunlight hours, and a wide temperature swing, the tea grows slowly and is harvested only in spring and winter each year. The leaves are large and thick-fleshed, the pellets a deep green. The liquor carries a distinctive high-mountain qi, long and soft on the palate, sweet, mellow, and rich, gliding smoothly with a sweet finish — a perfect expression of the alluring character of high-altitude tea.
