International orders are final sale unless the item arrives defective, incorrect or damaged in transit. In those cases, please photograph the item and outer box within 7 days of delivery and contact us with your order number; once confirmed from your photos, we will reship a replacement at our cost — no need to send the item back. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.
