A Coveted High-Mountain Rarity

🏔️ The essence of 1,900 m elevation

This tea is grown at an elevation of 1,900 m and is harvested only twice a year – in spring and winter. Limited yields and the unique high-mountain environment create a distinctive throat feel and aroma, making it a treasured favourite among tea connoisseurs.

Compared with lowland black teas, Lishan black tea shows markedly superior quality. The liquor is bright, vivid red with an intense sweet fruity fragrance. The texture is soft and sweet from the first sip, leaving a lingering charm that captivates instantly.

Perfect Brewing for Black Tea

Rolling boil to unlock the aroma
Black tea needs sufficiently high temperatures to fully release its fragrance. Bring your water to a rolling boil (around 100°C) before brewing.

Teaware: 150 ml teapot
Tea dose: 5 g of black tea
Steeping time: 30 seconds for the first infusion
Re-steeping: 4–6 infusions, still sweet and smooth

*Feel free to adjust the steeping time according to your preference to find your ideal cup.
