Grown in the Alishan tea region, this Jinxuan is famed for its iconic creamy milk aroma and soft, velvety sweetness. The liquor carries subtle high-mountain herbal notes and generous tea pectin, creating a rounded body and clear returning sweetness. The fragrance lingers gracefully, cup after cup.

Summer Favourite · Refreshing Cold Brew

Besides hot brewing, this Alishan Jinxuan is also excellent as a cold brew. Lower-temperature extraction releases the milky aroma and sweetness more gently, making the tea taste even fresher and smoother on the palate — an elegant way to cool down on warm days.

Use 3–5 g of tea leaves in a bottle or jug, then add room-temperature water.
