Water	200–300ml (per bag)
Time	First steep 1–2 min / add 30 sec for the second
Re-steeps	Whole-leaf tea bags re-steep 3–4 times

COLD BREW

Water Temp	Room-temperature or iced water
Water	500–600ml (per bag)
Time	Refrigerate 4–6 hours
Character	Cool orchid fragrance turns bright · pectin more pronounced

Tip: The pyramid bag gives the whole leaves plenty of room to unfurl ── the first steep can take 30 sec longer than a fine-leaf-particle bag to draw out flavor, and from the second steep the leaves fully open for the richest layers of aroma.
