Per-Tea Temperatures:

Chun Cui Oolong: 95–100°C / 1–2 min
Milky Jinxuan: 90–95°C / 1.5–2 min (over-heat evaporates milky notes)
Mellow Tieguanyin: 100°C boiling / 2–3 min (roasted tea needs full boil)
Ruby Black Tea: 90–95°C / 2–3 min (avoid full boil for black tea)
