Following a time-consuming multi-stage roasting process, the roast level is kept around 40%. Precise control of heat brings out a deep, toasty aroma while removing greenness and astringency, turning the liquor smooth and soothing.

As a semi-oxidised oolong (around 50% oxidation), it sits beautifully between the freshness of green tea and the richness of black tea. The liquor glows golden-amber, offering both layered complexity and excellent endurance over multiple infusions.
