"Honey notes — the tender trace of summer."
A classic tea from the hills of northern Taiwan.

The Leafhopper's Gift

A Natural Transformation
The soul of Oriental Beauty lies in a natural phenomenon known as bug-bitten leaves. When tender shoots are grazed by tiny leafhoppers (Jacobiasca formosana), the plant's defense response triggers a cascade of chemical changes — creating the tea's signature honey aroma, ripe fruit sweetness, and soft floral notes. The heavy oxidation gives the liquor a warm amber-red hue, with a rich, layered character and a smooth, lingering finish.

Five-Colour Leaves · One Bud, Two Leaves

Quiet Complexity · Worth the Pause
Plucked as one bud with two leaves, the finished tea reveals a signature five-colour appearance — white, green, yellow, red, and brown leaves naturally interwoven, with prominent white tips. This isn't a loud, obvious tea; it rewards those who slow down and let its layers unfold.

You'll love this tea if you:
· Enjoy the interplay of honey, fruit, and floral notes
· Prefer round, sweet profiles without astringency
· Want to explore one of Taiwan's most iconic specialty teas
