After tea jassids feed on the tender buds, they trigger an internal transformation in the leaf, forming the tea's signature honey aroma, ripe-fruit sweetness, and soft floral note. Heavy oxidation gives the liquor an amber orange-red hue, with a warm, dimensional aroma; sweet, round, and supple on entry, and a mellow, soft, lingering finish that is clean and long.
