Taiwan’s Green Tea Heartland

A Signature Flavor of Sanxia
Sanxia’s mild climate and frequent mist create ideal conditions for green tea cultivation. The local cultivar Qing Xin Gan Zi produces tender buds with refined texture. Sanxia Biluochun is renowned for its tightly curled leaves covered in fine white hairs, making it one of Taiwan’s most iconic green teas.

Pan-Fired Craftsmanship · Pure Freshness

Hand-Selected Buds · Emerald Liquor
Made from carefully selected one bud and two leaves, the tea undergoes no oxidation. High-temperature pan-firing halts enzymatic activity, preserving the leaf’s natural freshness.

The infusion is clear and vibrant green, releasing gentle notes of mung bean and young leaves. Smooth on the palate, it finishes clean with a refreshing sweetness.

☕ Brewing Guide

🔥 Hot Brew:
Water temperature: 70–80°C (avoid boiling). Use 4–6g tea with 150ml water. Re-steep 4–6 times. The first infusion offers the richest nutrients. A porcelain gaiwan or glass cup is recommended to enjoy the leaf dance.

🧊 Cold Brew:
Add 2.5g tea to 600ml cold water. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours. Crisp, lightly sweet, and perfect for summer.
