Sanxia's mild, misty climate makes it an important green-tea region in northern Taiwan. The locally distinctive "Qingxin Ganzai" cultivar shows a fine, tender leaf. The Biluochun made here has slender, tightly curled strands and visible white down — a highly representative example among Taiwanese green teas.

The liquor is an emerald, crystal-clear green, carrying a delicate mung-bean fragrance and the fresh scent of tender leaves; smooth and crisp on entry, with a clean returning sweetness.
