From the Tieguanyin homeland of Muzha, Taipei, at 600m, carrying on a traditional medium-roast craft. The liquor shows an amber roast-red hue ── first the mellow depth of the roast on entry, then a singular Guanyin rhyme rising up with a long returning sweetness: a classic of roasted teas.

The tea sachets are nitrogen-flushed to effectively prevent oxidation, bacterial growth, and moisture ── individually packaged so that every brew restores the most perfect roast aroma and Guanyin rhyme of Tieguanyin.

How to Brew

HOT BREW

Water Temp	100°C rolling-boil water (Tieguanyin must be boiling)
Water	200–300ml (per bag)
Time	First steep 2–3 min / add 45 sec for the second
Re-steeps	Whole-leaf Tieguanyin re-steeps 4–5 times

COLD BREW

Water Temp	Room-temperature or iced water
Water	500–600ml (per bag)
Time	Refrigerate 6–8 hours
Character	Roast turns soft and smooth · Guanyin rhyme turns sweet

Tip: Tieguanyin must be brewed with 100°C rolling-boil water to draw out the full Guanyin rhyme ── if the water isn't hot enough the roast aroma stays muted and won't unfold. The pyramid bag lets the Tieguanyin leaves fully open, and the Guanyin rhyme is richest from the second steep onward.
