From the Muzha tea region (600m, Taipei) ── the original homeland of Tieguanyin ── crafted with traditional medium-roast techniques. The liquor glows a deep amber-red ── opening with mellow roast notes, then rising into the distinctive Iron Goddess aroma (Guanyin yun) with a long, sweet finish. A classic of Taiwanese roasted oolongs.

Tip: Tieguanyin requires 100°C boiling water to fully unleash the Iron Goddess aroma ── lower temperatures trap the roast notes and they never fully bloom. The 3D pyramid lets the rolled leaves unfurl completely, and the Iron Goddess aroma is most pronounced from the second steep onward.
