A Northern Taiwan Legacy
Nestled in the misty mountains of New Taipei, Pinglin has been the heart of Taiwan's Baozhong tea since the Qing dynasty. The cool, humid climate is ideal for the Qingxin Oolong cultivar, producing a strip-style tea often described as "Baozhong of the North, Oolong of the South" — a defining example of Taiwan's lightly oxidised tea craft.

Hand-plucked as one bud with two leaves, the tea undergoes sun-withering, indoor oxidation (8–12%), and strip-rolling — never pressed into pellets. This preserves the leaf's natural freshness and fragrant character.

The brewed cup glows a clear honey-green, carrying delicate orchid notes with a smooth, layered body and a clean, lingering sweetness — an ideal introduction to Taiwanese tea.
