Its charming aroma is even considered by many to surpass some high-mountain oolongs, making it a favorite among office workers and students.

Winter Sprout Tea．A Mark of Finest Quality
Sijichun is vigorous and highly disease-resistant, allowing it to be harvested 6–8 times a year. Among them, “Winter Sprout”refers to the new buds that emerge after the winter harvest, around the winter solstice, harvested only once a year, rare and precious. Because of the low temperature and slow growth, it has less bitterness and more delicate sweetness and floral fragrance, widely recognized as one of the finest teas of the year.
