The pure air of 2,000 meters above sea level.
This is not just tea—it is winter sunlight and mountain terroir in a cup. Made from the rare “winter buds” of the Lishan region and crafted with the most traditional white-tea processing. Though seemingly simple, the craft is extremely meticulous—no pan-firing, no rolling, only sun-withering and long, gentle indoor drying to preserve the mountain’s spiritual essence.
A golden ratio of 20% light fermentation creates a bright golden liquor. The first sip offers rock-sugar sweetness, followed by delicate plum-berry notes, finishing with a gentle honeyed undertone.
From sun-withering to five days of indoor drying and hand-sorting, every step follows nature’s rhythm. The tea retains its original form and abundant inner character, offering a warm and gentle taste.
Tender buds harvested only once a year in winter—extremely rare in quantity. Pure yet layered, this represents one of Taiwan’s rarest expressions of high-mountain white tea.
