How Is International Shipping Fee Calculated?

②　Recipients must comply with the import regulations and restrictions of the destination country or region. Any legal responsibilities arising from violations shall be borne by the recipient.

③　Import duties or taxes may be imposed depending on the customs policies of each country. If the package is selected for inspection, any related charges will be borne by the recipient. If the parcel is refused and destroyed or returned, all resulting losses shall be borne by the purchaser.

④　If the delivery fails due to incorrect recipient information (such as name, phone number, or address), shipping fees will not be refunded. Round-trip shipping and any resulting losses from parcel retention overseas will be the responsibility of the buyer.

⑤　If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or unclaimed status, our customer service team will contact the recipient to confirm the address and arrange a redelivery.
