Shopping Methods

You do not need to register as a member to shop. You can also use "Phone Login," "LINE Login," or "FB Login" to bind your account, making it easier to check your orders!

Payment

Credit Card Payment

When paying by credit card, the webpage will redirect to a 3D authentication authorization page. Once the authentication is completed, the transaction will be processed. The entire transaction uses secure encryption, so you can safely use your credit card! Credit cards supported include Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or UnionPay.

Black Cat Cash on Delivery

For items chosen with Cash on Delivery, Black Cat Couriers will deliver your order to your home. Please pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives.

Bank Transfer/ATM

A one-time "ATM Virtual Account" will be provided. Customers can transfer funds or make payments through a physical ATM, mobile banking app, or online banking.

LINE Pay

After selecting LINE Pay as your payment method and confirming the payment, you will be redirected to the "LINE Pay Payment Page" for secure credit card checkout. You can then verify the amount and enter your password on LINE Pay to complete the payment process.

Apple Pay

When customers confirm their order and are ready to make the payment, they will see the Apple Pay icon. Please click the button to proceed with checkout.

Note 1: The system will automatically redirect to the Apple Pay payment page.

JKOPay

After the customer clicks "Submit Order," they will be redirected to JKOPay for QR code payment.
For desktop checkouts, customers need to use the JKOPay app on their phone to scan the code for payment.
For mobile checkouts, the system will directly redirect to the JKOPay app for payment.

Taiwan Shipping Infomation

Taiwan Convenience Store Pickup

You can choose pickup at 7-ELEVEN or FamilyMart convenience stores. Delivery times may vary depending on the store’s location. On average, the items will arrive 2-3 business days after the order is placed, and you will be notified via SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

Note: You must use the correct name to pick up your order at the convenience store. Please ensure the recipient's name is correct before placing your order.

Taiwan Home Delivery

Your ordered items will be shipped via Black Cat Courier Service and delivered to your home at the expected time. The items will be delivered within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. The actual delivery process and schedule are arranged by Black Cat Courier staff.
If the shipment is delayed, please contact our customer service at 05-534-7859. If the item does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Delivery service coverage: All counties and cities in Taiwan’s main island, parts of Penghu, parts of Kinmen (including Greater and Lesser Kinmen), Xiaoliuqiu, all areas of Matsu, and Green Island.

For outlying islands, delivery is by sea freight and will arrive approximately 3-5 days after shipping.
