The Signature Flavour of Sanxia
With its mild, misty climate, Sanxia in northern New Taipei has long been one of Taiwan's most important green tea regions. The area's signature Qing Xin Gan Zi cultivar produces tender, finely veined buds. The resulting Biluochun is spun into slender, tightly-curled strands with visible white down — a true icon of Taiwan green tea.

Hand-plucked at one bud with two leaves, then sorted by hand to ensure purity of flavour. Completely unoxidised, the leaves are pan-fired at high heat to deactivate enzymes and lock in the bright, living character of the spring buds.

The brewed cup glows a clear, jade green — with a delicate fresh-bean aroma and the sweetness of tender leaves. Smooth on the palate, crisp at the finish, with a clean, uplifting aftertaste.
